£9 million D&B development of a 330,000 sq. ft. shell into a state-of-the-art engineering production facility. Major M&E installations included power, gas, mains water, compressed air, process chilled water and steam, to serve hundreds of machines. Over one 1 kilometre of r.c. service ducts and 200 bases were installed for machines and 10 new overhead travelling cranes.

Design & Construction of new 45,000 sq. ft. high bay warehouse for Rodo Group with 16m clear headroom and a 10m high marshalling area. The fully piled floor slab has a Cat 1 special finish to suit wire guided VNA racking man-up fork trucks. Fit out included in-rack sprinklers and energy efficient lighting systems controlled by motion sensors.

Design and construction of 66,000 sq. ft. of industrial/business starter units for Williams Tarr Developments Ltd. The design concept gave flexibility to allow various permutations of unit size and office content, ranging in size from 2,800 to 6,500 sq. ft.
