Design and construction of new 26,000 sq. ft. sports & leisure facility as an extension and upgrade of Irlam Baths for Salford City Council. The new facility provides a sports hall, fitness suite, multi-purpose hall, squash court, changing rooms, enhanced poolside café and reception facilities.

Design and Build project for Universities Superannuation Scheme at Croft Retail and Leisure Park. Strip out of bowling alley and formation of Nando’s, Harvester and Dunelm units, major reconfiguration of internal layout to Odeon Cinema, new façade, main entrance and lobby.

Hotel extensions to form new function suite, conference facilities and refurbishments to gymnasium for Macdonald Hotels. All works undertaken in a live hotel environment with minimal disruption, and maximum attention to health and safety of customers and staff.

Design and construction of new Sports Centre as an extension to Priestley College. Project included sports hall, indoor/outdoor changing rooms, refurbishment of gymnasium and classroom block and internet café. Constructed whilst the busy college of further education continued to operate.

Design and Construction of new leisure retail store with services and structure for fitness suite at first floor.

Design and Build project for The Lancashire Health & Racquets Club to provide additional internal tennis courts, squash courts, multi-purpose sports hall, changing facilities, children’s crèche and safe play area.

Fit out of new Casino fronting on to Queen’s Dock. The facility comprises gaming rooms, restaurant entertainment area and ancillary facilities

Three storey extension to 4 star hotel providing 34 additional bedrooms, new reception area, conference and function suite for Handpicked Hotels. All works were smoothly undertaken whilst the complex remained open 24/7 for business.
