New 21,000 sq. ft. main dealership for Holdcroft Group. The ground floor houses a showroom for 12 vehicles, customer hospitality area and a ten bay workshop that can be viewed from a glass walled waiting area. First floor includes offices, welfare and stores.

Williams BMW 53,600 sq. ft. major sales and service centre prominently located next to the M627. The award winning facility has a two storey showroom, offices and workshops. The original 1970’s industrial unit was fully stripped back to the steel frame and enhanced to introduce extensive fenestration and first floor sales area accessed by a car lift.

New Hyundai dealership for Holdcroft Properties. The facility comprises car showroom, workshop, MOT testing bays, administrative offices, ancillary space, external parking, used vehicle sales display and manoeuvring areas

Design and construction of a new main dealership for Mercedes-Benz. Themed in the latest corporate colours, the facility has ground floor showroom and workshops, offices/admin at first floor and roof top car parking for 65 cars accessed by a ramp. Foundations from earlier buildings were removed and a new piled substructure constructed.
