Design and Construction of new 4 storey Lab block for major pharmaceutical manufacturer Ipsen Biopharm. Project included Cat 4 fit out of microbiology and analytical laboratories and offices with controlled environments to full GMP and US FDA Approvals.

D&B project for new £6m three-storey facility comprising Lyophilisation Suite with supporting technical areas, Microbiology Laboratory, QA Laboratory, offices, meeting room, comms room, and upper level Plant Room to house the HVAC and Building Management Systems.

Design, Construction and fit out of three pharmaceutical packaging buildings for Catalent (Formerly PCI Unipack) at Wingates. The buildings incorporate strictly controlled clinical environments to meet exacting GMP & FDA standards.
Liverpool
Refurbishment of existing laboratories and library on several floors of the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. The project required strict controls on demolition and reconstruction whilst the school continued to operate.
