Major structural repairs to the roof and upper storeys of Cooper’s Building in the city’s main shopping area, for Aviva Investors. Masonry facades were removed to allow remediation to the corroding steel frame. To avoid any scaffolding at street level, all works had to be accessed from complex mason’s scaffolding cantilevered out from the 4^th floor level.
