High Bay Warehouse

Design & Construction of new 45,000 sq. ft. high bay warehouse for Rodo Group with 16m clear headroom and a 10m high marshalling area. The fully piled floor slab has a Cat 1 special finish to suit wire guided VNA racking man-up fork trucks. Fit out included in-rack sprinklers and energy efficient lighting systems controlled by motion sensors.
